1. Core Functions

This is a dual-channel fiber optic white light color sensor amplifier that needs to be used with fiber optic probes. It features white light source design, supporting independent dual-channel detection. The amplifier is equipped with dual digital display and keyboard operation, supporting one-key teaching setup, with strong anti-ambient light interference capability, capable of simultaneously identifying and distinguishing multiple colors and low-contrast color marks. It is compatible with PLC and various control systems, serving as a stable and reliable dual-channel color recognition center in industrial automation.

2. Sensing Distance

Sensing distance depends on the type of paired fiber optic probes:

Diffuse fiber: typical range 3-50mm (optimal working distance: approximately 5-20mm)

Through-beam/focused fiber: can extend to longer distances, some models up to 100mm or more, to meet various application requirements.

3. Response Speed

As a high-speed dual-channel fiber optic amplifier, it provides microsecond-level response speed, common specifications reaching 50μs~250μs, meeting the real-time detection needs of high-speed production lines in printing and packaging industries.
